Phil Viti is the First Assistant US Attorney in the district of Utah. Prior to becoming the First Assistant, he detailed multiple times to the Counterterrorism section of the Department of Justice in Washington D.C. and worked to ensure the security of the United States in those positions.
Bryan Whittaker is the Chief of the National Security and Cyber Section at the U.S. Attorney’s office in the District of Utah. He has 12 years of experience both investigating and prosecuting federal cases pertaining to international terrorism, domestic terrorism, and counterintelligence/espionage.
