BYU welcomes Charles Mann, acclaimed author and journalist, for our final presentation about our Honors Book of the Year, 1493: Uncovering the New World Columbus Created. Charles Mann is a three-time National Magazine Award finalist and has received multiple writing awards for his books, contributions to journals, and newspaper articles. 1493, our Honors Book of the Year, has been critically acclaimed as a excellent example of interdisciplinary inquiry.
