Stress Management Workshop for Students

Do you experience fear and anxiety about the future? Do you have loss of appetite, sleep problems, or trouble concentrating? While these symptoms may be normal, if you experience them over a long period of time and they interfere with your daily activities, you may be feeling high levels of stress. Come to this workshop to learn stress management techniques that could help you live a happier and healthier life.

 

The BYU Career and Academic Success Center offers free academic and life skills workshops for students. Students will learn how to study smarter, remember more and efficiently prepare for tests. Additionally, the center offers information and guidance for students preparing to choose a major or career, explore graduate school, interview for a job or submit a resume and cover letter.
