David Arrington is a Researcher in the Correlation Division of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Previously, he was Director of Customer Insights and Analytics for Walmart, where he developed customer research to inform strategy development and boost stales. His work shaped branding, advertising, new products and store formats, web sites, phone apps, and digital store interfaces. He has worked for Fellowes, ACCO Brands, Kemper Insurance, Walgreens, and DDB. He received a BA in Economics (BYU) and MA in International Relations (BYU Kennedy Center), and a MA in Cultural Anthropology (Northwestern).
