Ryan Jenkins has over two decades of experience in logistics, base life support, and facilities management, supporting U.S. and Allied military operations in some of the world’s most challenging environments. Currently, he is Executive Director of Business Development for J&J Worldwide Services and a Lieutenant Colonel and Battalion Commander of the 403 Civil Affairs Battalion in the U.S. Army Reserves.
Jaeyoung Jo Jenkins is a seasoned expert in organizational change management, strategic supply chain, and logistics operations, serving as a DoD civilian, contractor, and U.S. Army officer. A combat veteran, she has led global ERP implementations and transformation initiatives supporting military modernization. Currently, she is an Organizational Change Management Expert for the U.S. Army’s EBS-C program and a U.S. Army Civil Affairs Officer.
