Richard Bruner is a consultant with Accenture and currently researches disinformation actors in Africa for the U.S State Department’s Global Engagement Center. He has worked for five different contracting companies across the federal government and will share insights on opportunities, how to find the best fit with contractors, and pros and cons with the industry. He received a master’s degree in Public Relations from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in History from Brigham Young University.
