The Experiential Learning Summit is a monthly series of conversations, presentations, and panels held on the second Friday of each month, September 2020 through April 2021. Each event will address a current issue affecting the practice of experiential learning. This month's topic is Expanding and Improving Mentoring. There are three sessions offered:
- 9am-10am: Recruiting and Engaging Specific Populations in Mentoring – Minority, First Generation, International, etc.
- 11am-12pm: Building Your Own Mentoring Model – “If I could do it over again…”
- 1pm-2pm: Training Mentors to Mentor Others – Delegation, Maintaining Institutional Memory, and Accountability
