Dr. Reed will lead a discussion about cultural boundaries, the idea of borrowing between these boundaries, and the importance of reciprocity when doing so. Her research investigates the task of 'translating' music as it moves between cultures, as well as women's roles in creating church culture through children's music. Please RSVP here.
