Dr. Alan Ashton, co-founder and former president and CEO of WordPerfect will discuss “Light from on High Illuminates Science and Religion” at the annual Summerhays Lecture.”
While some individuals have a tendency to highlight the differences between science and religion, the Summerhays Lecture has been a BYU tradition since 2003 that embraces and emphasizes the shared truths between the two.
The event is Thursday, October 12, 2017, at 7 p.m. in room 2254 of the BYU Conference Center and is free and open to the general public. If seating becomes full, an overflow section with live video feed of the lecture is located in room 2295 of the BYU Conference Center.
