Gabriel W. Reid was sustained as Second Counselor in the Sunday School General Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints April 6, 2024. Prior to his calling in the Sunday School General Presidency, he served as a Mission Leader in the Australia Sydney Mission from 2021–2024.
Reid graduated from BYU in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in international relations. He played football at BYU from 1999 to 2002 and then pursued a career in the National Football League from 2003 to 2006.
