Honors graduates, faculty advisors, friends, and family are invited to attend this formal program to celebrate the remarkable achievement that is graduating with Honors. Speakers and musical performers are selected by the Honors Program from among the graduates. The Associate Academic Vice President, Dean of Undergraduate Education, and the Honors Director preside. Each graduate's name is read as they walk up to be recognized and receive their Honors Program certificate. Each graduating student may reserve up to 6 tickets (graduate + up to 5 guests). Graduation robes required for graduates. Sunday dress for other guests.
Immediately following the Honors Graduation exercises, Honors graduates and their guests are invited to an informal, reception-style luncheon on the outdoor patio of the Harman building. Mix and mingle, enjoy a light lunch, and celebrate with the Honors community before individual college convocations begin.
