Lecture description: In his 2014 and 2022 annual university conference addresses, President Kevin J. Worthen stated, “At the end of the day, students are the product we produce . . . How they turn out—what they do and, more important, who they are—is the ultimate metric by which our work will be measured.” Join me as I review the amazing accomplishments of some of my students and discuss how the love of learning has helped instill in them a desire “to go forth to serve.”
