Wellness Week is a week-long event that focuses on learning about and improving the holistic wellness of everyone on campus. There will be workshops and lectures about the different domains of wellness (financial, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional) throughout the week to better help the students and faculty/staff understand the importance of these domains.
This presentation will be given by Whitney Johnson. The title of her presentation will be "Balance in Everyday Living."
Johnson is the associate athletic director for student-athlete development, diversity and inclusion at BYU. Her position oversees the strategic vision and program implementation for diversity and inclusion within BYU Athletics, including for minority student-athletes in the core areas of race/ethnicity, international, LGBTQ & SSA and student-athletes of other faiths.
