Wellness Week is a week-long event that focuses on learning about and improving to the holistic wellness of everyone on campus. There will be workshops and lectures about the different domains of wellness (financial, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional) throughout the week to better help the students and faculty/staff understand the importance of these domains.
This presentation will be given by Brodrick Brown, a licensed clinical psychologist in BYU Counseling and Psychological Services. His presentation is titled "Resilience: How to Bounce Back From Difficult Times and Negative Events."
