Wellness Week is a week-long event that focuses on learning about and improving the holistic wellness of everyone on campus. There will be workshops and lectures about the different domains of wellness (financial, physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional) throughout the week to better help the students and faculty/staff understand the importance of these domains.
Employee Wellness exists to enable employees and their spouses to make informed decisions about their wellness so they can thrive in their roles to "assist others in their quest for perfection and eternal life”, fulfilling important responsibilities in and out of the workplace. They strive to cultivate a culture of holistic wellness, focusing on the six dimensions of wellness, on campus.
