Join us for an engaging conversation with David Rutley, a former Member of Parliament (2010–2024) who served as a UK Government Minister across multiple departments, including the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, where he was Minister for the Americas, Caribbean, and Overseas Territories. Before entering public service, Rutley was a senior executive with Barclays, Asda Walmart, Halifax, and PepsiCo International. A graduate of the London School of Economics and Harvard Business School, he also spent a semester studying at Brigham Young University, where he participated in the Washington Seminar. Rutley will share insights from his career in government, business, and international affairs—and reflect on what it means to be “active, engaged, and contributing” in today’s complex world.
