Join us on October 19th from 4–5pm for a presentation from Nature and Human Health Utah (NHH UT)! During this session, NHH UT will introduce their group and their impact thus far, provide historical context, and delve into the multifaceted health benefits associated with connecting with nature, encompassing physical, mental, social, and spiritual components. Additionally, NHH UT will share findings from a recent landscape assessment, offering insights into the current state of the work that’s being done and how to move forward in order to increase equitable access to the outdoors and thus improve health outcomes in Utah.
