What is social entrepreneurship and how can it make a difference in the world?
Shaylyn Romney Garrett is an award-winning writer and a change maker. She is a social entrepreneur who spent six years in Jordan building programs to catalyze youth social innovation in the Middle East. She helped found “Weave: The Social Fabric Project,” an Aspen Institute initiative, and is a member of the Braver Angels Scholars Council and Citizen University’s Civic Collaboratory. She holds a degree in Government from Harvard University and is a returned Peace Corps volunteer.
